NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER

APPLICATIONS FOR VARIANCE BEFORE THE

BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT FOR THE TOWN OF FULTON

             PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there will be held public hearings before the Board of Adjustment for the Town of Fulton on the 13^th day of June, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. as soon thereafter as may be heard, in the Town of Fulton Town Hall located at 2738 West Fulton Center Drive, in the Town of Fulton, Wisconsin.

             The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the application for a variance from Greg Neubauer, lot 13 & south ½ of lot 14 on Stone Farm Rd., Edgerton, Wisconsin, to combine lots #13 and S ½ lot #14 creating a non-conforming lot of the approximate size of 19,560 square feet.  Zoning Ordinance 425-39D(9) requires the minimum lot area: 40,000 square feet.

             All persons and interested parties shall be given an opportunity to be heard in relation thereto.
