Please take notice that a majority of the Town Board may be present on the above date and time to attend a special Consolidated Koshkonong Sanitary District meeting held at the Fulton Town Hall. No formal action will be taken at this meeting.
Taxpayers can come informally during this time to examine the assessment roll and talk with the Town’s Assessor, Accurate Appraisal, LLC, about their assessed valuations. The public testing of the voting machines, the ES&S AutoMARK machine and the DS200 voting machine in preparation for the April 2, 2019 Spring Election will be Monday, March 25th, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Fulton Town Hall, 2738 W. Fulton Center Dr., Edgerton.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there will be a public hearing held before the Board of Adjustment Committee of the Town of Fulton on the 6th day of March, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the Town of Fulton Town Hall located at 2738 West Fulton Center Drive, in the Town of Fulton, Wisconsin.
The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the application received from Fulton Congregational Church for a request for a variance to exceed the maximum lot cover of 20%, town ordinance # 425-3-3D(5)(b). The property is located on 9209 N Fulton St., Edgerton (parcel # 6-6-993.1 & 1021)
All persons and interested parties shall be given an opportunity to be heard in relation thereto.
