            Taxpayers can come informally during this time to examine the assessment roll and talk with the Town’s Assessor, Accurate Appraisal, LLC, about their assessed valuations. Instructional material about the assessment and Board of Review procedures will be available at that time for information on how to file an objection and the Board of Review procedures under Wisconsin law.  Appointments are not necessary, however appointments strongly recommended.  Appointments can be made thru Accurate Appraisal, LLC. @ www.accurateassessor.com or by calling their office 800-770-3927.

             The public testing of the voting machines, the ES&S AutoMARK machine and the DS200 voting machine in preparation for the April 2, 2019 Spring Election will be Monday, March 25th, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Fulton Town Hall, 2738 W. Fulton Center Dr., Edgerton.

 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER

APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE BEFORE THE

BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT FOR THE TOWN OF FULTON

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there will be a public hearing held before the Board of Adjustment Committee of the Town of Fulton on the 6th day of March, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the Town of Fulton Town Hall located at 2738 West Fulton Center Drive, in the Town of Fulton, Wisconsin.

             The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the application received from Fulton Congregational Church for a request for a variance to exceed the maximum lot cover of 20%, town ordinance # 425-3-3D(5)(b)[6]. The property is located on 9209 N Fulton St., Edgerton (parcel # 6-6-993.1 & 1021)

             All persons and interested parties shall be given an opportunity to be heard in relation thereto. 

             This letter is being sent to you to comply with the ordinance requiring notification of all property owners within 500’ of the property requesting the variance.  Any interested person may attend this meeting and express their opinion.
